What Do We Need
From You?
The setup is simple — we just need the right training material so your agent knows what to say and how to say it.
You can either:

Provide your own training data (e.g. FAQs, files, policy documents), or
-
Let Clara handle it — we’ll get enough data from your online presence and onboarding call to build a bespoke training file.
We also provide a clear form to fill after the onboarding call which will help Clara get to know you.
How Subscription Works
Your agent will run on two key systems:

A hosting platform (n8n)

The AI engine itself (Claude API)
Both of these services charge monthly fees based on usage.
To keep things simple, we handle everything for you: setup, hosting, billing, and admin through our Managed Account Plan.
This includes:
– Agent hosting
– API access
– Admin & support
– Ongoing training/updates
In order for Clara to connect to these two key systems to your services such as Gmail, you'll need to provide permissions during the onboarding call. This is handled through a third party: we'll send you a link and the process is quick and painless. Clara Agent does not get access to your passwords at any stage.
